When talking about explosive atmospheres, ensuring compliance and security of plants is a critical aspect for all those involved. The most efficient way to achieve this goal is ensuring the expertise of the staff (engineers, designers, technicians and auditors) according to the standards defined in IEC 60079-10-1, IEC 60079-14, IEC 60079-17 and IEC 60079-19.
After more than 10 years of expertise gained on the field of Ex topics (IECEx/ATEX, EEHA), we are more convinced than ever of the importance of skills certification for the whole staff, who is involved, in several respects, in assessing explosion risk and its mitigation.
With this in mind, during the year that is rapidly coming to an end, we have gone into partnership with IndEx, IECEx Recognized Training Provider, and Tech Skill International (TSI). This has allowed us, being the only one in Italy, to provide the IECEx Competent Person course and EEHA training for Australia, with the corresponding certification issued by TSI – IECEx 05 Certification Body.
In 2021, we have trained and certified more than 80 persons, also thanks to our mobile course for practice training. We could also provide customized training courses with a specific practical learning pathway, in Italian and English, for any facility in Italy.
